"Das größte Problem ist das man nur eine Fahrkarte hat so lange man auch Internet hat. Wenn man also im Tunnel ist hat man auch keine Fahrkarte mehr. Die Lesegeräte scheinen die Karte auch nicht immer lesen zu können. In der Vergangenheit gab es wiederholt das Problem das Accounts einfach so keine Berechtigung hatten Karten zu kaufen. Das Problem ist das das erst bemerkt wird sobald man die Karte im letzten Schritt kauft und nicht schon beim öffnen der App."

"Horrible functionality seems like D is way behind when designing apps. The app does not let you buy ticket ahead. So if the ticket buy fails you will miss the train. Because even the app or their system locks you out. It will not show you any lock out warning or email. And when I called the guy said sorry that department is closed until Monday :-( I think a better and more logic system you will even get in a Jungle. Deutsche Bahn please don't make this app a nightmare for customers."
